Country in New York

Even in New York you find signs of country living if you look hard enough. The peaches were fresh, sweet and juicy. The peppers were extremely vibrant and colorful (no I didn't bite into one!). And, I even found a water tower (there were actually many). Notice that in "the city" (this is what the locals call Manhattan), the tower is a wooden water tower!
All three photos were taken in Midtown Manhattan at Union Square.

Love the pic of the peaches! I am so dying to have something fresh picked right off the tree! You took some awesome shots Rene! Love them all!

You wouldn't believe that the peaches were actually fresh and juicy just off the tree. Hmmm...hmmmm...good.
Thanks.
